18 de abril de 2024UBS AG wants to return to Brazil in brokerage or banking, after selling its Pactual unit in the country this year, Valor Economico reported, without saying where it got the information.
UBS executives have told counterparts at Brazilian financial institutions of their interest, the newspaper said. It’s unclear whether the Swiss lender plans to buy existing companies or to seek a license to start a new operation, Valor said, adding that UBS spokesman Doug Morris declined to comment.
