28 de julho de 2011Brazil’s government, struggling to contain a rally in the country’s currency, will impose additional taxes on trading of derivatives contracts and will rework regulation of the market, according to an executive decree published in the official gazette on Wednesday.
According to the decree, Derivatives are assets whose value depend on prices of other financial assets like bonds, stocks and commodities.
