It has more than 370 associated companies, and its objective is to support new business opportunities in the international market and strengthen the image of competence of the Brazilian software and IT services industry, which is identified abroad by the Brasil IT+ brand.
“We believe that the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo is the ideal platform for presenting our innovative solution for detection and prevention of Internet banking and e-commerce fraud and replicating in the U.S. market the success that this tool has had in Brazil, where it is the market leader and reference for all banks operating in the country,” said GAS Tecnologia business director Leonardo Soares.
This edition of the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo focuses on the discussion of challenges faced by IT and new technologies as instruments for obtaining competitive advantages. For this reason, the Brazilian Pavilion is taking a broad portfolio to the show, including applications for security, agribusiness, human resources, call center, mobility, governance, risk and compliance, as well as software development, consulting services and outsourcing, quality in software, social business, Enterprise Quality Management (EQM) and Business Process Management (BPM).
“With the current concern among large companies for reducing costs and risk, and maintaining conformity with regulations and norms, it becomes essential to adopt a quality guarantee strategy in the IT field, in particular with application systems. We expect to present the innovative distinctions of our solutions and services for Software Quality Guarantee to the U.S. IT market and generate demand for the operations of Grupo HDI in the region,” affirmed Itajuba Marques, operations coordinator and representative of the Grupo HDI at the event,
“Companies in our delegation already serve global clients and have offices or commercial partners abroad. In our view, the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo is an opportunity to present the U.S. market our technological capital, such as professionals aligned with Western culture, geographic location and compatible time zones, and because we have leaders who influence purchasing decisions and organizations with a wide variety of IT needs,” according to the analysis of SOFTEX Market Director Djalma Petit.
“The Brasil IT+ brand has stirred increasing interest since we first participated in the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo, eight years ago. We want to take advantage of this moment in which Brazil is in evidence to present the competence and added value found in the services realized by our companies,” explained Fernando Carielo, SOFTEX consultant responsible for Brazilian participation in the event.
