18 de abril de 2024Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA won a contract to build a 500-megawatt combined- cycle gas-fired power plant for MPX Energia SA (MPXE3) for about 260 million euros ($371 million), El Economista reported.
The plant will be located in the state of Maranhao in the interior of the country about 1,000 miles from the capital Brasilia, the newspaper said, without saying how it obtained the information.
The company aims to have the plant in operation by the end fo 2013, the newspaper added.
